Getting together with our Corvette friends is always a pleasure especially to share in the earned awards for 2019.
The first part of the day was spent with our EOR Governors to discuss the business end of where we finshed up for 2019 and our plans for 2020.
Then on to a meeting to discuss our plans for the 2021 Cleveland Convention. Be sure to see the new logo that was announced with the caption, "Havin' Fun in 21".
We even got approval to use the new 2020 Corvette on the logo.
Our guest speaker was Nora Roper, GM's Assistant Plant Manager for the Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Bowling Green Kentucky.
She and her husband drove to the banquet in her 2020 Yellow Z51! We got a few pictures but that's about all for now...
Many thanks to Nora and to the Getzys for encouraging Nora to attend our banquet. She was a delight and provided an excellent talk!
Nora provided some great information about the operations of the plant and the newly designed paint department.
The flow chart really helped.
Then on to the awards....
