| East Ohio Regional Banquet 3/4/17 |
Great weekend! Our entire region was represented over the two nights.
Friday night we had a great hospitality room provided by Corvette Cleveland and a few others. All night long we had great conversation, fun, and a few laps on the virtual track and several other activities.
On Saturday morning the governors held their quarterly East Ohio Regional meeting. Lots of stuff was discussed and resolved and planned for the year.
Saturday afternoon we had fun with the Corvette hall autocross races! Points were added for hitting the walls and many DNFs.
Then on to the hunt for answers to the crazy questions that Sue and Steve Hamilton put together. It was really annoying and fun!! Sure just count the total number of Corvettes inside the building!!
Then on to the actual banquet. Lots of awards across the board and then an amazing visit and speech from Congressman Renacci, telling us that our efforts to implement the memorial in Rittman was approved. Many thanks to Fred Degordon!
Then some laughs and some music and a few beverages!
