Our many thanks to our friends at Buckeye Corvette for having a low speed autocross race at Lakeland's parking lot.
It was two great days for racing! Everyone enjoyed the friendly rivalry on the twists and turns of the track, thanks to course designer, Ted Vannelli.
I personally had my best times on Sunday thanks to all of the veterans that were so willing to help out with the tips of how to navigate these courses. It finally paid off!
And to any newbies that were there and raced, you know how much fun the rest of us are having.
And to those that are still not sure and are just thinking about racing on these courses, I can only tell you from my experiences of only one year, you really don't know how much more fun and excitement these cars and these new racing friends are actually having!!
Do yourself a favor and simply ask any one of us to ride as a passenger. I know you will get the bug and experience more excitement than any amusement park ride!!
