Once again, we got together to celebrate our club's birthday. And as always, it was a fun way to get started for this 2018 New Year of fun, events, and socializing!
We liked our last year's party so much we decided to revisit the LaVera Party Center on Route 6 in Willoughby Hills. The food and beverages were great, and we were all treated to a fine evening.
While enjoying a few of those beverages, we all discussed whose Corvette had the best features and what improvements we all had planned for this year.
It was fun to have Gary and Sue as the host and hostess! They were able to challenge us with several trivia games and some skill tosses. And the gift baskets were an added treat! All foods and products from Ohio companies!
And once again we want to thank the Huddle's for their donated sound system and the LaVera Party Center for their digital display to show the photos from the past year.
After dinner Sue acknowledged many of our members for helping out throughout the year. Without our members efforts we would not be able to enjoy the fun we have and would not be able to survive without these important people!
We were actually able to subsidize this party primarily as a result of our record breaking autocross last year! This event alone enabled us to partially pay for our dinners and beverages and also helped us to donate over $1,000 to our favorite charities!
With your help we can do this again this year and have fun in the process!
